Requirements

Daily Rentals

Vendors must have a completed California State Board of Equalization Form BOE-410 to reserve a stall on a day-to-day basis.

Monthly Rentals

Vendors are required to have an active California State Board of Equalization Permit for all monthly reservations.

Produce

Vendors selling produce are required to have an additional permit from the California Department of Food and Agriculture. Please call their office in Sacramento at (916) 341-6276 for further information.
